Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your product, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important Note

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return/Exchange Approval

Before sending any item back to us, you must first obtain return/exchange approval by emailing us at aftersales@amyscart.com. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds/exchanges. Sale items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at aftersales@amyscart.com to obtain approval, and then send your item to the return address below.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The shipping charges we paid to deliver the order to your address will not be refunded.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item worth over $50, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
